Job Description

We are looking for an experienced ServiceNow Portal Developer to design, develop, customize, and maintain ServiceNow portals and applications. The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with ServiceNow portal development, scripting, integrations, and UI customization.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and customize ServiceNow Service Portal components, widgets, pages, and themes.
Work with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS, and ServiceNow scripting.
Configure and customize Catalog Items, Record Producers, Client Scripts, UI Policies, and UI Actions.
Develop and maintain Business Rules, Script Includes, and Glide APIs.
Integrate ServiceNow with external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Troubleshoot portal issues and optimize application performance.




Collaborate with functional teams and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
Follow ServiceNow development best practices, security standards, and coding guidelines.

Required Skills
3–5 years of hands-on ServiceNow development experience.
Strong experience with Service Portal and ServiceNow scripting.
Proficiency in JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and AngularJS.
Valuable understanding of Service Catalog, ITSM, ACLs, and Glide APIs.
Experience with REST/SOAP integrations.
Strong debugging, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Valuable to Have
Experience with UI Builder / Employee Center.
ServiceNow CSA/CAD certification.
Experience working in Agile development environments.
