Role Overview

IPE Global is seeking a senior Talent Acquisition leader to own and drive hiring as a core organisational capability, deeply embedded across projects, practices, and leadership teams.

This is a hands-on, immersive role for someone who thrives at the intersection of execution and strategy — translating complex, project-driven talent needs into timely, high-quality hiring outcomes. The role requires solid discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to actively partner with senior stakeholders across geographies.





This is not a peripheral or coordination-only role. The incumbent is expected to be personally accountable for outcomes and deeply involved in delivery.

Key Responsibilities

End-to-End Talent Acquisition
Lead and deliver end-to-end hiring across Core, Program, and Project roles (India and international).
Own role scoping, screening, assessments, interview coordination, offer management, and closure.
Ensure speed, quality, and consistency across hiring cycles.

Deep Project & Practice Engagement
Work closely with Practice Heads, Project Directors, and Program Leads to understand evolving workforce needs.
Participate in regular reviews to anticipate hiring demand and plan proactively.
Act as a trusted advisor on workforce structuring and sequencing of hires.

Stakeholder Management & Cadence
Establish and run monthly TA syncs with HR POCs and practice representatives.
