Job Description
Responsible for handling ticketing inquiries and providing prompt and accurate information to clients
Process ticket orders and ensure all details are correct before issuance
Coordinate with airlines, hotels,



and other vendors to secure the best rates and availability for clients
Prepare and submit ticketing reports to management on a regular basis
Stay updated on airline policies, fare rules, and travel regulations to ensure compliance
Assist with any ticketing-related issues or discrepancies that may arise
Provide excellent customer service to meet and exceed client expectations
Collaborate with the sales team to support them in booking and confirming travel arrangements
Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all ticketing transactions
Act as a point of contact for clients before, during, and after their travel experience.
