Role Description :

We are looking to hire dedicated Male and Female Hostel Wardens to manage and oversee the day-to-day functioning of our campus hostels. The role involves ensuring student safety, maintaining discipline, delivering a high-quality living experience, and managing hostel and mess operations efficiently.

Wardens will act as the primary point of contact for residents, ensuring a safe, comfortable,



and well-managed residential workplace.

What You’ll Do:
Hostel Operations & Administration
Oversee daily operations of assigned hostels and mess facilities
Ensure adherence to SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and defined SLAs (Service Level Agreements)
Maintain records related to occupancy, attendance, and incidents
Resident Supervision & Welfare
Act as the first point of contact for students residing in the hostel
Ensure discipline, safety, and adherence to hostel rules
Address student concerns, grievances, and emergencies promptly
Provide health and well-being support to residents as needed (e.g., during illness or emergencies).
Safety & Security
Ensure strict implementation of security protocols and access control
Conduct regular rounds and checks within the hostel premises
Coordinate with security teams to handle incidents and emergencies
