Job Description
Engage with customers on the sales floor to provide exceptional service and drive sales of jewelry items




Build and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction
Demonstrate knowledge of product features and perks to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions
Process transactions accurately and efficiently using POS system
Assist with inventory management by restocking merchandise and conducting regular stock checks
Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a positive shopping experience for customers
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
