Job Description
Responsible for full-cycle recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates
Utilize various recruitment tools and strategies to attract top talent for open positions
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies
Conduct job fairs,



campus recruitment, and other recruitment events to build a strong pipeline of candidates
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process
Coordinate interviews, gather feedback, and make recommendations to hiring managers
Stay up-to-date on best practices in recruitment and HR to continuously improve recruitment processes
Maintain accurate and updated candidate records in the applicant tracking system
Assist in onboarding and orientation process for new hires
Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment activities to HR team and leadership
