Job Description
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall mission and objectives of the company
Manage the recruitment and selection process, including conducting interviews and coordinating job offers
Administer and track employee benefits programs,



including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off
Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
Develop and maintain HR policies and procedures in compliance with local labor laws and regulations
Organize and conduct employee training and development programs to enhance staff skills and capabilities
Oversee performance management and appraisal processes to ensure employee growth and development
Coordinate and conduct employee engagement activities and events to foster a positive work workplace
Manage HR metrics and analytics to track key performance indicators and assess the effectiveness of HR initiatives
Collaborate with senior management to provide HR guidance and support on business decisions and strategic planning.
