As a Subject Matter Expert, you will create and review high-quality, real-world financial scenarios that evaluate AI systems in India-specific contexts. What You’ll Deliver
Create realistic, domain-specific tasks in Urdu reflecting Indian finance practices
Adapt and apply clear scoring rubrics to evaluate AI-generated and human responses
Review and score submissions for accuracy, regulatory alignment, and professional quality
Provide expert feedback and contribute to high-quality “gold standard” solutions

Qualifications
Native Urdu with robust skilled English proficiency
5+ years of experience in Finance or Financial Services (e.g., structuring, compliance, audit, risk, investment analysis)
Robust knowledge of Indian financial products and frameworks




Familiarity with Indian regulatory environments (e.g., central banks, capital market authorities, tax/zakat frameworks)
Ability to write and evaluate professional-grade financial content in Urdu with high attention to detail
