Role Overview

The Senior Marketing Manager will be responsible for building and executing integrated marketing programs that support demand generation, brand positioning, and pipeline growth across —eCommerce, ERP, and Managed Services.

This is a hands-on role that blends strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities

GTM, Positioning & Messaging
Own and execute go-to-market plans for eCommerce, ERP, and services offerings.
Develop and refine positioning, messaging, and value propositions for different buyer personas and industries.
Translate complex solutions into explicit, outcome-driven narratives for global markets.

Demand Generation & Campaign Management
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, content, email, social, and partner channels.
Support lead generation and pipeline growth through inbound, outbound, and account-based initiatives.
Work closely with sales teams to align campaigns with revenue priorities and target accounts.

Content & Sales Enablement




Drive creation of case studies, solution decks, one-pagers, website content, and thought leadership.
Build and maintain sales enablement assets to support pre-sales and business development teams.
Ensure consistency in messaging across all customer touchpoints.

Marketing Operations & Analytics
Own marketing performance tracking—leads, conversions, pipeline contribution, and campaign ROI.
Work with CRM and marketing automation tools to improve lead management and visibility.
Regularly review data and insights to optimize campaigns and messaging.

Collaboration & Stakeholder Management
Partner with business heads, delivery teams, and leadership to align marketing with service capabilities.
Coordinate with external agencies and vendors as required.
Mentor junior marketing team members and support capability building within the team.

Qualifications
