Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential candidates for various job positions
Explain job opportunities and company perks to candidates
Screen candidates to ensure they meet job requirements
Schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers




Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in CRM system
Follow up with candidates to gather feedback after interviews
