Data Scientist
Key Responsibilities
Analyze large, complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and relationships using statistical methods and data visualization techniques.
Develop and deploy predictive models using machine learning algorithms and evaluate model accuracy, precision, recall, and other performance metrics.
Apply data mining techniques to extract actionable insights from structured and unstructured data, identifying patterns and anomalies to detect fraud, predict customer behavior, or optimize business processes.
Design and conduct experiments to test hypotheses and validate model assumptions, implementing A/B testing frameworks to evaluate the impact of changes and interventions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate technical findings into actionable insights and recommendations for non-technical audiences, presenting findings and proposals in transparent, concise, and compelling ways.
Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in machine learning, deep learning,



and related fields to continuously improve skills and knowledge.

Required Qualifications
Advanced degree (Master's or Ph.D.) in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or related field.
Proven experience in data science, machine learning, or predictive analytics roles, with a robust portfolio of projects and achievements.
Proficiency in programming languages commonly used in data science, including Python, R, and SQL.
