Job Description
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to generate leads and schedule appointments
Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions




Follow up with interested clients to provide additional information and answer any questions
Maintain accurate records of all interactions with clients in the CRM system
Collaborate with the sales team to meet and exceed sales targets
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate advantages to clients
Identify and escalate any issues or concerns to the appropriate team member for resolution
Provide exceptional customer service and build long-lasting relationships with clients.
