Job Description
Make outbound calls to potential customers
Promote products or services to generate sales leads
Answer incoming calls from customers
Provide information about products or services
Resolve customer complaints or issues




Keep accurate and detailed records of customer interactions
Meet or exceed sales targets
Follow communication scripts provided by the company
Stay up to date on product knowledge
Collaborate with sales teams to ensure customer satisfaction
