Job Description
Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team




Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s customer base and ensure its strong presence
Build and promote solid, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of recent products and competition status
Develop and maintain a high-performing sales team through coaching, motivating and providing leadership
Assist in the development and implementation of strategies to promote the company’s products and services
Meet with potential clients, listen to their needs, and present solutions that align with their business goals
Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure common goals are met and sales efforts are supported
Monitor the performance of the sales team and provide feedback and guidance on ways to improve
