About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Accountability Manager - Technology to join the Technology Resiliency Risk & Regulatory Management team, responsible for driving risk governance, regulatory compliance, control oversight, and resiliency-related initiatives across the organization.

In this role, you will:
Manage and develop a team of specialists and coordinators tasked with activities in support of the business' risk mitigation activities
Identify and recommend opportunities for process improvement, risk mitigation, and control prospects
Make decisions and resolve issues regarding resources, objectives, and operations of team to meet business objectives; interpret and develop policies and procedures for functions with low to moderate complexity and risk within scope of responsibilities
Manage allocation of people and financial resources for team
Mentor and guide talent development of direct reports and assist in hiring talent

Required Qualifications:
5+ years of risk management, business controls, or compliance experience,



or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
2+ years of leadership experience

Desired Qualifications
Qualified certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or other recognized Risk and Control Management certifications.
Industry-recognized Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) certifications preferred.
Demonstrated expertise in risk governance, control frameworks, and regulatory compliance practices.

Job Expectations
Lead and manage teams within the TREX Risk & Regulatory Management (IDM) organization, driving strategic execution and operational excellence.
Serve as a subject matter expert in risk management, risk reporting, control frameworks, regulatory requirements, and enterprise risk programs.
