Key Roles & Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition & Onboarding
Sourcing: Identify and hire qualified real estate agents, leasing consultants, project managers, and sales executives.
Screening: Conduct preliminary interviews and assess for key industry skills like negotiation, patience, and communication.
Onboarding: Draft offer letters, manage employment contracts, and conduct orientations to familiarize current hires with company policies. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5]
Performance & Talent Management
Appraisals: Coordinate periodic performance reviews and track commission-based or target-driven incentives.
