Job Description
Handle a high volume of inbound and outbound calls
Provide exceptional customer service and support
Follow defined processes and procedures accurately
Identify and escalate priority issues as needed
Document all customer interactions in a explicit and concise manner
Meet and exceed performance metrics and targets




Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Collaborate with team members to achieve team goals
Stay updated on product knowledge and process updates
Flexible to work in rotational shifts and weekends
