Role Overview

We are looking for a passionate and skilled Secondary ICT Teacher to teach students of Grades 8–10. The candidate should have solid knowledge of Information and Communication Technology and the ability to make technology-based learning practical, engaging, and age-appropriate.

The teacher will be responsible for planning and delivering ICT lessons, developing students' digital skills, conducting practical activities, and supporting them in applying technology to real-world situations.

Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging ICT lessons for Grades 8–10 in line with the school's curriculum and CBSE requirements.
Teach concepts related to Information Technology, digital literacy, computer applications, and emerging technologies.
Conduct hands-on practical sessions and ensure effective utilisation of computer labs.
Develop students' proficiency in areas such as:
Digital documentation and presentations
Spreadsheets and data handling
Internet and digital communication
Basic programming/coding concepts
Computer hardware and software




Cyber safety and responsible use of technology
Digital citizenship and online ethics
Emerging technologies such as AI and related applications
Prepare lesson plans, worksheets, presentations, practical activities, projects, and assessments.
Assess students through classwork, practical assignments, projects, tests, and examinations.
Track student progress and provide timely feedback and academic support.
Encourage students to use technology creatively for problem-solving, research, presentations, and projects.
Maintain classroom discipline and create a positive, inclusive learning workplace.
Integrate technology into interdisciplinary and project-based learning wherever appropriate.
Stay updated with developments in ICT, educational technology, AI, and digital learning tools.
