Job Description
Responsible for recruitment process from sourcing candidates to onboarding
Manage job postings on various platforms and screen applications




Conduct initial interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further evaluations
Assist in developing recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Maintain accurate and up-to-date applicant tracking system
Handle all data entry related tasks for HR department
Support HR team with various administrative tasks as needed
Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth onboarding process for current hires
Stay current on HR trends and best practices to improve recruitment processes
Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in all aspects of the role
