Job Description
Job Title: Hyperion Administrator / Analyst
Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced Hyperion Administrator/Analyst with over 7 years of relevant experience. The ideal candidate will have robust technical proficiency in Hyperion Financial Management (HFM), Planning/PBCS, and Essbase, coupled with comprehensive infrastructure maintenance skills and a solid understanding of finance and accounting processes.
Key Qualifications & Responsibilities:
Minimum of 7 years of qualified experience in Hyperion applications and administration.
In-depth understanding of HFM, Planning/PBCS,
and Essbase functionalities including security management, metadata, dimensional structures, and system operations.
Hands-on experience in Hyperion infrastructure management, including routine maintenance, patching, and upgrades.
Knowledge of financial and accounting processes including month-end close procedures, budgeting, and forecasting.
Basic understanding of finance and accounting terminologies (e.g., debits, credits, assets, liabilities, profit & loss statements, balance sheets).
Familiarity with Hyperion Financial Management (HFM) and Planning business rules; proficiency preferred, but ability and willingness to learn is essential.
Solid working knowledge of Financial Data Management Enterprise Edition (FDMEE)/Data Management (DM) mappings.
Proficiency in Excel Smart View Add-in for data analysis, reporting, and system management tasks.
