Job Description
Screen and source potential candidates through various channels
Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications




Build relationships with hiring managers to understand their needs
Provide guidance on hiring strategies and best practices
Manage the full recruitment cycle from job posting to offer acceptance
Coordinate with external recruiting agencies when necessary
Ensure compliance with all legal requirements and company policies
Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment data
Assist with onboarding and orientation processes for recent hires
Continuously evaluate and improve recruitment processes and procedures
