Designing and implementing customized Axway MFT solutions to meet specific customer requirements
Ensuring security and compliance standards are met within the MFT setting, including PCI DSS compliance.
Working directly with customers to understand their needs, gather requirements, and provide tailored recommendations and solutions.
Monitoring MFT operations, resolving incidents, and providing technical support to customers.
Leading internal knowledge-sharing sessions and representing the team in customer-facing events.
