Job Description:

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team. This role offers hands-on experience in recruitment operations, technology hiring, and international recruitment, with exposure to global candidates, clients, and stakeholders.

Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
Candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
Interview and recruitment coordination.
Candidate and stakeholder communication.
Recruitment tracking, reporting, and documentation.
Managing multiple vacancies and deadlines.
Using recruitment platforms, ATS, Excel, and AI tools.
Supporting international recruitment and global stakeholders.
Other recruitment and operational duties as required.

International Exposure
Work with international candidates and stakeholders.
Gain exposure to Australian Government and enterprise recruitment.
Recruit across IT, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Infrastructure, and Digital Transformation roles.
Develop experience with global recruitment practices and up-to-date AI-powered recruitment tools.

Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Understanding of recruitment and talent acquisition.

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Willingness to learn and use AI and recruitment technologies.
