Job Description
Assisting senior company secretaries in drafting and reviewing legal documents
Conducting research on corporate laws and regulations
Assisting in filing necessary forms and documents with regulatory authorities




Coordinating with clients and government agencies for various corporate secretarial matters
Providing support in organizing board meetings and preparing agendas and minutes
Maintaining and updating corporate records and databases
Assisting in compliance activities and ensuring adherence to applicable laws and regulations
Performing other administrative duties as assigned by the senior team members
Keeping abreast of updates in corporate laws and regulations
