Job Description
Provide support to international clients via phone, email, and live chat
Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues related to the Jobillusplus platform




Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by responding promptly to inquiries
Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues
Stay informed on product updates and communicate changes to clients
Identify prospects for process improvements and suggest solutions
Monitor client feedback and provide insights to the product development team
Contribute to the development of support resources and training materials
Work on special projects as needed to enhance the overall customer experience
Keep accurate records of client interactions and resolutions

Location: Malad (West)

Qualification: 12 + 7 month experience.

(Graduate Fresher with all documents)

Salary: 15k to 40k In-Hand

Language: Excellent English

Shift: Rotational Shift timing. (24 x 7)

Off: 2 Off fix.
