Key Responsibilities
Outbound Calling:

Making calls to potential and existing customers to introduce products or services, conduct market research, and identify recent opportunities.
Customer Inquiries:

Handling inbound calls from customers to provide information, resolve issues, and address their questions and concerns professionally.
Lead Generation & Sales:

Following up on leads, explaining product benefits, and working to convert prospects into customers to meet sales targets.
Customer Relationship Management:
