ABOUT THE POSITION

The Loss Prevention team is responsible for protecting company assets, reducing shrink, and supporting a secure and secure workplace across stores and operations. This includes leveraging data, analytics, and investigative practices to identify risk and drive informed decision-making.




The Loss Prevention Analyst plays a critical role in identifying suspicious activity and potential fraud through the analysis of retail transactional data, exception-based reporting, and customer activity. This role partners closely with North America–based Loss Prevention leadership and field teams to deliver actionable insights and investigative support.
This position requires a highly analytical and detail-oriented individual with a robust sense of curiosity, capable of identifying patterns, trends, and anomalies that indicate potential theft or fraud. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment and collaborating across global teams.
