Job Title: Research Analyst Alternates

Function: Investment Research

Roles & Responsibilities
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research across AIFs, PMS, Private Equity, Venture Capital, REITs, InvITs, Structured Products, GIFT City products and Global Alternatives.
Evaluate investment opportunities, fund managers, investment strategies, portfolio construction, risks and return drivers.
Prepare investment notes, research reports, comparative analyses and thematic research to support investment decisions.
Conduct manager and product due diligence, including research, documentation and management interactions.
Support the Investment Committee with presentations, analysis, recommendations and follow-ups.
Monitor existing investments, market developments, regulations, competitors and emerging investment themes.
Maintain structured manager databases, research repositories and investment documentation.
Work closely with Investment, Product, Advisory and Relationship Management teams.




Leverage AI tools and technology to improve research quality, speed, analysis and workflow efficiency.
Identify current investment opportunities and emerging strategies relevant to client portfolios.

Requisites
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Commerce, Business, Fintech or related fields.
CFA / CAIA / MBA / CA or equivalent qualification preferred.
Strong understanding of capital markets and alternative investments.
Valuable financial analysis, research and analytical skills.
Robust proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with Bloomberg, Morningstar or similar research platforms is an advantage.
Hands-on experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Perplexity or NotebookLM.
Knowledge of Python, SQL or workflow automation is an added advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
