Handling all the consumer litigations (more than 600) in National Commission, State Commission and Consumer Forums
A Day in the life
● Preparation of reply to the legal notices issued on behalf of
customers
● Advise and opinion to Service Team on the service related
issues
● Study, research and case preparation of consumer cases
involving management and officers of company.
● Handling and management of commercial disputes.
● Discussion and advise to the outside lawyers on the court
proceedings.
● Attending and assisting the lawyers in court proceedings
● Discussion with internal stakeholders on the issues related
to business and support them in day to day functioning
● Preparation of consumer cases MIS and presentation to
Manager
● Preparation of note on relevant laws applicable to our
business and presentation to team members
Academic Qualification & Experience
• Minimum 3 years of relevant work experience
Technical Skills/Knowledge
Positive legal knowledge
Behavioural Skills
Agile, valuable listener, adaptable to travel and other changes
