Job Description
Oversee and manage the company's financial operations and accounting processes
Prepare and analyze financial reports, budgets, and forecasts to support decision-making




Supervise a team of accountants and finance professionals to ensure accurate and timely reporting
Collaborate with senior leadership to develop strategic financial plans and goals
Implement and maintain internal controls and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
Manage the company's cash flow and ensure timely payment of bills and invoices
Coordinate with external auditors and tax consultants for annual audits and tax filings
Develop and maintain relationships with banks, vendors, and other financial stakeholders
Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in real estate finance and accounting
