Job Description
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates
Act as a customer service representative to address client inquiries and concerns
Source and screen potential candidates to match with client needs




Assist with onboarding and training of current hires for client companies
Collaborate with team members to meet branch goals and targets
Utilize CRM system to track client and candidate interactions
Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure client and candidate satisfaction
Stay updated on industry trends and market demands to provide relevant advice
Participate in networking events and job fairs to expand client and candidate base
Provide feedback to management on ways to improve branch operations and services.
