Location: Delhi (Hybrid)
Qualification: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Media Studies, Marketing, Public Policy, or a related field
Experience Needed:
Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in strategic communications, marketing and brand positioning (preferably in the development / social impact sector)
Demonstrated experience in developing and executing communications strategies and campaigns
Content development and thought leadership
Writing for publications, blogs, reports, or media content
Experience working with multi-stakeholder environments (platforms, partnerships, networks)
Experience in end to end brand shaping communications is preferable

Scope of Work
Communications Strategy Development (20%)
Develop annual and quarterly communications plans aligned with Upfront’s brand strategy and priorities.
Identify priority audiences, key messages, platforms, and communication goals.
Build a clear roadmap for campaigns, thought leadership, and visibility efforts.
Work closely with the CEO and leadership to translate strategic priorities into communication narratives.
Align communication plans with broader Catalyst Platform big bets and identify opportunities for cross-brand amplification.
Brand Positioning & Narrative Management (15%)
Operationalise Upfront’s brand positioning across all communication outputs.
Ensure consistency in messaging, tone, and narrative across channels and materials.
