Owning end-to-end candidate experience strategy aligned to EVP

Talent Strategy & Advisory
Partner with business leaders to define hiring strategies and success profiles

Candidate Experience & Process Excellence
Design consistent, transparent, and personalized candidate journeys
Ensure timely communication, feedback loops, and closure
Improve hiring processes for speed, quality, and fairness
Embed inclusive hiring and compliance practices
Digital & Data-Driven Hiring
Leverage platforms (ATS, AI sourcing tools, interview tech)
