Job Description
Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to customers in a timely and skilled manner
Assist customers with inquiries, provide information, and resolve any issues or concerns
Utilize computer systems to track and process customer interactions and data




Follow company guidelines and scripts to ensure consistent communication and customer service
Collaborate with team members to reach performance goals and targets
Maintain a positive and friendly attitude when interacting with customers
Stay up to date on product knowledge and company policies to accurately assist customers
Work in a quick-paced environment while maintaining high levels of accuracy and efficiency
Handle customer complaints calmly and effectively, finding solutions to resolve issues
Adhere to confidentiality and privacy policies to protect customer information.
