Leads a team of dedicated Project Managers. Manages, coaches, supports and develops Project Managers in managing projects according to defined Project Management policies, guidelines, programs and standards.
Designs, develops and manages customer projects, according to defined Project Management (PM) standards and customer requirements, and with responsibility for economic results.
Plans, coordinates, and supervises the implementation of Varian products with our customers, contractors, and Varian internal stakeholders independently.
Works on projects of diverse scope and significant dependencies, typically several HW and SW product is in scope, project impacts complex site or large multisite




Routinely works with Luminary, Strategic, Complex, or other high-visibility customers and projects
Supports/leads Recent Product Introduction (NPI) projects
Contributes to pre-sales strategy, solution validation, and project feasibility assessments for complex deployments.
Perform routine project management tasks to ensure customer compliance with technical requirements, for equipment implementation and minor upgrades
Leads high-visibility strategic, and cross-regional projects/programs involving multiple stakeholders across business units, geographies, and functions.
Drive end-to-end transformation initiatives (e.g. multi-phase system upgrades, infrastructure modernization, and clinical workflow enhancements).
Manages multiple projects concurrently
Participates in in office visits and/or conference calls
Orchestrates cross-functional teams including Sales, Service, Installation, Clinical
