Provide strategic advisory to hotel developers, investors, and lenders on branding, positioning, and investment strategies.
Conduct advanced financial modeling, including revenue forecasting, IRR analysis, and cash flow projections.
Expand research database by tracking market trends, demand-supply dynamics, and competitive benchmarks.
Continue strengthening industry engagement through thought leadership.
