Relationship Manager/Executive
Key Responsibilities
Develop and maintain strong, professional relationships with existing and new clients to drive business growth and retention.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, responding to their inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns in a timely and efficient manner.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and effective communication with clients.
Identify and pursue current business opportunities, leveraging industry knowledge and market insights to expand client relationships.
Analyze customer feedback and use insights to inform product development and improve overall customer experience.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and execute strategic plans to achieve business objectives.

Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in a relationship management or client-facing role, preferably in a similar industry or domain.
Proven track record of building and maintaining robust, long-term relationships with clients.




Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a rapid-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
High level of integrity, discretion, and professionalism, with the ability to maintain confidentiality when required.
Flexibility to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends, as needed.

Technical Skills & Experience
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software, such as Salesforce.
Solid knowledge of industry trends, market analysis, and competitor research.
Ability to analyze data and create reports to inform business decisions.
