As an SDE, you will be part of a team that adds new capabilities to our customers through core engineering and AI/ML methodologies. The solutions heavily leverage technology to challenge conventional wisdom with hard data. Our SDEs solve complex problems and get to see the impact of their work first-hand.
In this role you will have the prospect to exercise your creativity and explore ideas to simulate and quantify any aspect of the customer experience.

Key job responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions for data collection and analysis platforms
Build and optimize automated data collection frameworks across different surfaces (web, mobile)
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement productive solutions
Write high-quality,



maintainable code while following best practices and design patterns
Participate in code reviews and contribute to technical documentation
Debug production issues and implement performance improvements
Work with ML technologies and LLM driven extraction services to enhance data processing capabilities
Contribute to architecture decisions and technical strategy
Mentor junior developers and participate in team's agile development process

A day in the life
You'll work closely with Product Managers, Data Scientists, and other engineers to build tools that enable large-scale data collection and analysis. You'll tackle challenges ranging from Automated Data Collection framework development to building recent features for our self-service tools, while ensuring high performance and reliability.
