Job Description
Serve as primary point of contact for SAP FICO end user support at TCS
Assist users with troubleshooting, training, and resolving system issues
Collaborate with technical team to ensure smooth functioning of SAP FICO modules
Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation within FICO system
Maintain and update user manuals and documentation for FICO processes
Participate in testing and rollout of new features and enhancements in SAP FICO
Support ad-hoc reporting and analysis requests from FICO users
Provide training to new FICO users on system functionality and best practices
Stay up-to-date on latest SAP FICO developments and trends
Communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels to ensure alignment of FICO system with business goals
