Job Description
Oversee daily operations of the HR services department
Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure efficiency and effectiveness
Manage a team of HR coordinators and specialists




Monitor performance metrics and provide feedback to improve overall performance
Handle escalated client issues and provide resolution
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless integration of HR services
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices
Conduct regular evaluations of the department's processes and make recommendations for improvement
