We are looking for an experienced Production Manager / Production Head with 5–10 years of experience in production, delivery, or program management within digital production, interactive media, animation, gaming, technology-driven content, or related industries. The candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end production delivery, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, clients, vendors, and production workflows. The ideal candidate should have a robust understanding of 3D content production pipelines and the ability to effectively coordinate creative, technical, and production teams while ensuring timely, structured, and high-quality delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end production planning, execution, and delivery
Lead and coordinate multidisciplinary creative, technical, and production teams
Manage 3D content production pipelines including asset creation, animation, lighting, rendering, reviews, and delivery
Coordinate with clients and stakeholders throughout the production lifecycle
Handle production schedules, resource planning, delivery tracking,



and project priorities
Identify production risks and implement mitigation plans
Maintain delivery governance and ensure projects meet timelines and quality expectations
Coordinate with external vendors, freelancers, and distributed production teams
Manage production workflows across digital experiences, interactive content, and technology-driven products
Use production and project management tools such as Jira, ShotGrid, ClickUp, FTrack, or equivalent platforms
Balance detailed execution requirements with overall delivery and production oversight
Support game-engine-based workflows, real-time content pipelines, animation, VFX, and interactive experiences where required
Maintain transparent communication across creative, technical, client, and production stakeholders
