As a Freshers Flipkart Seller Hub, you will be responsible for managing and expanding our network of sellers on the Flipkart platform. Job Description
Manage the end-to-end process of onboarding new sellers on Flipkart platform
Assist sellers in setting up their online store and provide support in listing products
Coordinate with internal teams to resolve seller-related issues and escalations
Conduct training sessions for sellers on best practices for online selling
Maintain regular communication with sellers to improve their performance and address concerns
Monitor seller performance metrics and provide feedback for improvement
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive seller satisfaction and growth
Support in creating and implementing HR policies and procedures for sellers
Act as a liaison between sellers and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth operations
Lead a team of seller support executives to achieve organizational goals and targets.
