Description
The Project Coordinator, Lead serves as the central point of coordination between clients, stakeholders, and internal UnitedLex teams within the project management structure. The role is responsible for ensuring all assigned projects are executed efficiently, with a robust focus on accuracy, timeliness, and client satisfaction.
This position requires regular client interaction, including engagement with outside counsel and review providers, to manage and deliver on both day-to-day project requests and broader program initiatives. The individual is expected to operate independently, demonstrating full ownership and accountability, while also contributing to team development through guidance and mentorship

Responsibilities
Demonstrate a high degree of ownership, accountability, and independence in managing assigned projects.
Ensure timely and accurate delivery of all project management services across engagements.
Maintain utilization in line with internal benchmarks (target: 85%).
Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks.




Apply established Quality Control protocols to ensure the accuracy and consistency of deliverables.
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, stakeholders, and internal teams.
Manage escalations effectively by identifying root causes, coordinating with relevant teams, and communicating explicit resolutions to clients.
Build and maintain robust client relationships, with a continuous focus on enhancing client satisfaction.
Participate in client meetings, provide proactive updates and address concerns in a structured manner.
Demonstrate working knowledge of client pricing models and ensure adherence to billing guidelines.
Support continuous improvement initiatives related to project and program management processes.
Maintain awareness of industry trends, tools, and competitor offerings to support informed client discussions.
