Job Description
Make outbound calls to patients to collect outstanding balances
Follow up with insurance companies to resolve claim denials




Update patient accounts with accurate information
Review and analyze patient accounts for errors or discrepancies
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of insurance regulations and billing procedures
Collaborate with billing department to ensure accurate billing and collections
Provide excellent customer service to patients and insurance companies
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly collection goals
Document all communications and actions taken in patient accounts
Work closely with team members to achieve department goals and objectives
