Job Description
Develop and implement sales strategies to acquire recent B2B clients
Build and maintain relationships with current B2C and B2B clients
Provide exceptional customer service to clients throughout the admissions process
Counsel prospective students on program options and admission requirements
Collaborate with marketing team to develop outreach campaigns and materials
Coordinate recruitment events and presentations to attract new students
Serve as a resource for students and staff regarding admissions policies and procedures
Monitor and analyze admissions data to continuously improve recruitment efforts
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in admissions counseling
Train and mentor junior admission counselors to ensure team success.
