Hard Skills
Bachelor’s degree in commerce, Business Administration, or related discipline
1–4 years of experience in Contract Administration, Operations, Shared Services, or related functions
Experience working with business systems and documentation processes
Good understanding of contract data validation activities
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and basic reporting activities




Ability to maintain accurate records and audit documentation
Basic awareness of AI tools such as Microsoft Copilot or similar business productivity assistants
Ability to write explicit prompts to summarize information, structure data, draft communication, and support analysis
Awareness of automation concepts such as workflow automation, exception handling, approvals, and process triggers
Basic understanding of how tools such as Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI, or similar platforms can support business process improvement
Ability to describe business requirements, process steps, data inputs, outputs, and validation rules for automation prospects
Understanding of responsible AI usage, including data privacy, confidentiality, output validation, and human review before decision-making
