Job Description
Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent
Utilize various sourcing techniques to identify and engage candidates
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications




Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and requirements
Manage the candidate experience from initial contact through onboarding
Coordinate and participate in job fairs, campus recruiting, and other recruitment events
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition
Track and analyze recruitment metrics to assess effectiveness of strategies
Maintain a strong network of potential candidates through social media and skilled networking
Collaborate with HR team on other talent management initiatives and projects.
