Job Purpose:

The Advisor - Franchisee PCG is responsible for managing client portfolios, providing advisory support, and driving revenue through equity, derivatives, and other financial products. Please note: There will be NO new client acquisition in this role. The position focuses purely on building strong relationships with the existing client base, portfolio activation, client retention, and cross-selling investment solutions such as Mutual Funds, SIPs, PMS, and AIFs. The Advisor will also collaborate with the franchisee and HO Advisory team to ensure service excellence, compliance, and market-informed recommendations.

Key Deliverables:

Ultra HNI Client Advisory & Portfolio Management
Advise high-net-worth clients on equity, derivatives, currency, and commodity markets.
Manage large existing client books (25 Lacs & above) with strategic,



research-based investment recommendations.
Conduct detailed profiling of clients' financial requirements, investment style, and risk appetite.
Recommend suitable portfolios and actionable strategies to maximise returns and client satisfaction.

Client Engagement & Account Penetration (No Current Client Acquisition)
Zero New Client Acquisition: Entire focus is on managing, retaining, and expanding wallet share within the mapped existing client base.
Conduct regular meetings with high-value clients and Business Associates (BAs) to ensure ongoing engagement and satisfaction.
Activate existing/inactive BA clients through high-quality advisory interactions.
Identify and implement upselling prospects to diversify established client portfolios.

Business Associate (BA) Relationship & Revenue Scaling
Build robust relationships with BAs to ensure quality business growth and client service.
Support BAs in scaling revenue fro
