Job Description
Oversee and manage the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the kitchen and dining areas
Supervise a team of stewards and ensure they are following proper health and safety guidelines




Coordinate with the culinary team to ensure smooth operations and effective workflow
Inspect equipment and facilities regularly to ensure they are in valuable working condition
Monitor inventory of cleaning supplies and place orders as needed
Conduct training sessions for stewards on proper cleaning techniques and procedures
Handle any guest complaints or issues related to cleanliness or service
Keep track of expenses related to housekeeping and report to superiors
Implement and enforce company policies and procedures related to housekeeping and hygiene
Maintain a positive and professional attitude while providing leadership to the stewarding team.
