About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and well-organized Marketing Executive to join the marketing team of a leading Real Estate Developer in Mumbai.

The candidate will be responsible for coordinating and executing offline marketing campaigns, project launches, events, exhibitions, branding activities and vendor/agency management.

The ideal candidate should have strong coordination and execution skills, be comfortable working with multiple agencies and vendors, and have the ability to manage marketing activities within timelines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities

Offline Marketing & Campaign Execution
Plan and execute offline marketing campaigns for real estate projects.
Coordinate branding activities across project sites, offices and other relevant locations.




Support execution of recent project launches, promotional campaigns and marketing activations.
Coordinate outdoor branding, print, event branding, collaterals and other offline marketing initiatives.
Ensure all marketing activities are executed within agreed timelines and quality standards.

Agency & Vendor Management
Coordinate with creative, media, branding, digital and event agencies.
Manage day-to-day communication with marketing vendors and external agencies.
Obtain quotations, coordinate deliverables and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
Track vendor performance, timelines and campaign deliverables.
Maintain solid relationships with vendors and agencies.

Events & Exhibitions
Coordinate participation in property exhibitions, events, activations and promotional activities.
Manage event-related vendors, branding requirements, logistics and marketing materials.
